BILLY FRITZ FINISHES 18th AT NATIONAL GOLF TOURNAMENT

Tuesday, June 1 - CSM's Billy Fritz finished 18th at the NJCAA Division II National Golf Championships held at Palm Valley Golf Club in Goodyear, Arizona.  Fritz shot 75, 73, 69, and 80 for a total of 297.  Fritz finished nine over par, and 12 strokes behind the tournament winner Stephen Knight from Tyler.

    Two other members of the golf team competed in the National Tournament.  JJ Jordan shot 78, 76, 79, and 86 to finish tied for 94th place with 319.  Jason Masri shot 75,85,80,87 to tie for 110th place with a total of 327.
