GOLF TEAM RECEIVES FORFEIT WIN FROM
HAGERSTOWN, MOVES TO 6-0

The 6-0 CSM Golfers received a forfeit from Hagerstown
because they only had one player eligible. The Round was played @ Beaver
Creek Country Club which is the site of the Regional Championships on May 8
& 9. Under ideal weather conditions, the CSM golfers played very poorly on
this Championship Course. Three of the five golfers that finished, played
their highest rounds of the year. Coach Danny Williams was concerned with
the high scores but our best scores have been against the full Teams.
Captain Matt Wagner again had to withdraw after 13 holes because of his sore
back. Hagerstown's only player, Chris Breed (the 2005 Region XX medalist)
shot the best score of the day: 83.
