CSM GOLFERS FINISH
STRONG ON FINAL DAY OF NATIONAL TOURNAMENT

- CSM's three golfers competing in the
NJCAA National Golf Tournament, held at Goose Pond Colony Country Club in
Scottsboro, Ala., finished on a strong note in the final day of competition.
Matt Wagner shot 75
on the final day of play, which tied his best score of the tournament (Day
1). Matt finished with a total score of 309 (+21) and finished tied
for 74th place, 31 strokes behind Bill Jones III of Darton, Ga., who won the
National Championship with a score of 278 (-10).
Vinnie Hancock shot
81 on the final day. His four day total was 322 (+34), which placed
him in a tie for 105th place.
Matt Gribble had his
best day of the tournament, finishing the course in 78 strokes. He
finished in 124th place with a final score of 333 (+45).
