Head Coach: Michelle Ruble - 16th
Season
Michelle enters her sixteenth year at the helm of the College of
Southern Maryland’s women’s volleyball program. Ruble’s teams have
enjoyed success in the Maryland JUCO and Region XX, finishing in the top
four every year during her tenure. In 1992, 2000, 2001 and 2002 the team was one
win short of a national appearance as the Region XX Runner-Up. CSM broke back into the NJCAA National Poll by
finishing the 1999, 2000, and 2001 season ranked in the top twenty.
Before coming to CSM, Michelle played four years at Elon University in
North Carolina, where she was an Academic All-American and a three-time
captain. She has been coaching with the Charles County Juniors program for
14 years also.
Michelle resides in Charles County with her husband
Gary, and their children Brock and Devin.
