RODNEY FUGITT HIRED AS HEAD WOMEN'S SOCCER
COACH

Rodney Fugitt has been hired as Head Women's
Soccer Coach for the 2006 season. Fugitt is very familiar with the
women's soccer team, as he served as Assistant Coach in 2005 under Tim
Major, who was not rehired. The CSM women's team was 3-8-1 in 2005.
Coach Fugitt has been involved in coaching soccer for many years, and
coaches three select teams in Waldorf (U-11 and U-16 boys, and U-16 girls).
Some of the changes Rodney plans to implement are to modify pre-season, in
season, and post season conditioning with the goal of minimizing injuries in
2006. The coaching staff will focus on hard work, team growth, and
unity on and off the field.
Coach Fugitt will focus on making all players interchangeable during the
2006 season. His team plans to make the most out of the season, have
"no excuses", just results in 2006.
