Rodney's coaching experience spans over 17 years.  He has taken over coaching roles on three select teams in the Waldorf area (U-19 NCSL Division 1, (U-14 NCSL Division 4), and (U-17 NCSL Division 3) and has been successful each year in providing positive results.  Rodney also works closely with Assistant Coache Chris Jumalon  operating summer camps and training sessions for local high school, select, and recreational soccer teams.

Rodney lives in Waldorf with his wife, son, and daughter.
