In Charles County, CSM-TV is available to all Charles County Comcast subscribers and programming is made possible by CSM in conjunction with the Charles County Government. 

Programming in St. Mary's County is made possible in conjuction with St. Mary's County, Metrocast, St. Mary's College of Marland, Southern Maryland Higher Education Center, and the College of Southern Maryland.

Programming may not be rebroadcast without the express permission of CSM.
