Co-Curricular Transcripts

The Student Government Association provides Co-Curricular Transcripts for all student leaders at the College of Southern Maryland.  If you are not familiar with this process, this transcript will help you in several ways. It will help recognize the skills that you are developing in your leadership roles in student activities.  Secondly, your completion of this form will add you to our database of involved students and will allow us to invite you to various campus activities and leadership opportunities.  Additionally, these transcripts may help in recognizing students for potential scholarship opportunities.

If you are interested in having a co-curricular transcript that reflects your leadership experience, please fill out the attached form and return it to the Student Life Department, CC 110.  We will use your completed forms to create your personalized Co-Curricular transcript.
