WebCT Shell Request Form

WebCT Shell Request Form (WSR)

Faculty and staff must use this form to request space on the College of Southern Maryland WebCT server for a non-course section shell. Completed WSR forms will be submitted to the Distance Learning Coordinator and forwarded to the WebCT Administrator for creation. If you have not completed WebCT training, please contact Jean Runyon, Director, Innovative Teaching Center, at (301) 934-2251 x7596 to schedule a meeting. Course shells will not be created unless training has been completed.
