Sexual Harassment and Discrimination Complaints
The Diversity Office appropriately responds to complaints of sexual harassment and discrimination.
The College of Southern Maryland prohibits harassment of its employees, students, or visitors based on gender, sexual orientation, race, age, color, religion, disability, marital status, or national origin and prohibits retaliation against those who allege such harassment.
Charges of discrimination, harassment, or retaliation must be made in writing to the College President or the Diversity Officer.
