Sexual Harassment and Discrimination Complaints

The Diversity and Equal Opportunity Department appropriately responds to complaints of sexual harassment and discrimination.

The College of Southern Maryland prohibits harassment of its employees, students, or visitors based on gender, sexual orientation, race, age, color, religion, disability, marital status, or national origin and prohibits retaliation against those who allege such harassment.

Charges of discrimination, harassment, or retaliation must be made in writing to the Executive Director, Diversity and Equal Opportunity Department.

If you have experienced discrimination, harassment, or a retaliation act, please fill out the Complaint Form and forward it to the Diversity and Equal Opportunity Department.
