How to clear cookies using Internet Explorer:

1. Click Tools from the menu along the top of the screen.
2. Choose Internet Options from the drop down menu. This will open a separate box.
3. On the General Tab (which should already be displayed) you will see under Temporary Internet Files (in the middle of the box) two buttons labeled Clear Cookies and Clear Files. Please click both of these buttons.
4. Under History, click the button that says Clear History.
5. Click Apply and you are done!

How to clear cookies using Netscape:

1. Click Tools from the menu along the top of the screen.
2. Choose Cookie Manager from the drop down menu. This will open another menu. Choose Manage Stored Cookies from that menu. This will open a separate box.
3. You will see all the cookies that have been stored. Click on Remove all Cookies.
4. Click OK and you are done!
