Continuing Education Scholarship Application FormCSM offers financial assistance for students enrolled in a Continuing Education occupational/workforce training program*. To be eligible to receive assistance the student must demonstrate "financial need". This need is determined by filing the Tuition Assistance Application and having this form processed by FAD. Continuing Education Programs excluded from this program are: Kid’s College and Teen College. Students who submit their forms at least three weeks in advance of the first meeting of the class will receive a decision from the Financial Assistance Office regarding assistance before the first meeting of the course. This program covers up to the cost of tuition. To be eligible you must:
ü Be enrolled in occupational and/or workforce training* classes where the tuition exceeds $300 ü Be a legal resident of Charles, St. Mary’s or Calvert county ü Demonstrate financial need ü Must be at least 16 years old ü Must complete the Continuing Education registration form and the Tuition Assistance Application
Occupational and workforce training: AUT – Construction, OCC - Transportation, TEC - Construction, HTH – Nursing-Health care, ECE – Education-Child care, OFC - Computers, BUS - Business, DFT - Computers, SCI – Personal, and ITS - Computers
