Enrollment Dates

Determining Financial Assistance

 Determining the credits you register for is based on your enrollment status for each semester.  This status is determined at the end of the 100% refund date per class.  FAD uses this to determine your credits and your eligibility for financial assistance.  If the credits include late start classes, then the financial assistance determination is held until the 100% refund date of the last late start.   

Example:  Spring Semester 2007.  Sue registers for 12 credits.  Of the 12 credits, 6 credits are late start classes beginning March 1  and March 25.  FAD does not determine her final assistance until March 25, 2007.  If she is registered for 12 credits on March 25th, then her financial assistance is final.  If she drops the late start before 100% refund point, then her financial assistance is updated.  See Sue's financial assistance below.
