Performance Awards

• CSM Performance Awards:
  College of Southern Maryland Performance Awards are made to students who demonstrate a particular skill or talent which can be developed more fully through college programs or activities.  Awards can be for potential in an academic discipline, such as business or biology, or for artistic, musical, or dramatic talent.  Performance award recipients must enroll at least half-time in a degree program and maintain a cumulative GPA above the probation level as defined in the college catalog.  Award amounts vary from $300 to full in-county tuition, fees, and books.
  
   
• CSM Athletic Performance Awards:
  These performance awards are awarded to students who demonstrate a skill or talent in an athletic area that can be developed more fully through participation in college sports.  Athletic performance award recipients must enroll full-time in a degree program and maintain a cumulative GPA above the probation level as defined in the college catalog.  Award amounts vary, but may be up to full in-county tuition, fees, and books.
