Student Life Clubs and Opportunities

Nursing Student Association: The Nursing Student Association at the College of Southern Maryland is a pre-professional organization. The purpose of the organization is to act as a cohesive group that responsibly contributes to the standards of nursing education and nursing practice. Membership is open to all nursing students and individuals interested in the issues and concerns facing nursing today. There are usually several students who are able to attend the Nursing Student National Convention - expenses paid - annually.

Women + Math: Attend this day-long event which takes place in October each year, featuring math-related workshops, activities, and a dynamic guest speaker every year. Sponsors of the event hold an essay contest each spring with assorted prizes. Find out more information on our division website!

Other Opportunities: Learning should be fun.
