Program: ECG/Telemetry Technician - Letter of Recognition
Electrocardiogram/Telemetry Technicians are responsible for performing ECG tests that record and monitor electrical impulses transmitted by the heart. They also demonstrate critical cardiac rhythm interpretation skills. An ECG and telemetry monitoring provide physicians and nurses with information helpful in diagnosis & treatment of cardiac and blood vessel irregularities.

Specific admissions requirements
This may be a competitive admissions program determined by student : instructor ratios and clinical space available. Students are required to provide proof of immunization status, a completed health form, and a criminal background check at the student's expense. Students may be required to provide proof of health insurance and a negative drug screen at the request of agencies and at the student's expense.
