Continuing Education Program: Medication Technician in Assisted Living

Program Description & Courses

Preparation, administration, and charting of medications will be taught to individuals that work in assisted living facilities.

Registrants successfully complete HTH-8150 with a CMP.

• Medication Technician Training (HTH-8150)

Specific Admissions Requirements

1. Age 18 or older.
2. Pass a basic reading test with at least a 70%.
3. Pass a basic math test with at least a 70%.
4. Be employed by an Assisted Living facility; not contract or agency personnel.
