In Person/Express Counter
Print
and complete the five page 
registration form. Registration
form is also located on the inside of the back cover. One registration form
per student.- Submit your registration form to the CSM Express Counter at the La Plata Campus or to the registration office at any campus. Registration hours are Monday thru Thursday 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.; Friday 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Pay by personal check, money order, Visa, or MasterCard.
By Fax
- Fax registration
form to 301-934-7698.
- Payment may be made by Visa or MasterCard.
By Mail
- Print and complete the
registration form, entering all information.
Incomplete forms cannot be processed and will delay your registration.
- Forms must be received at least one week prior to the start date of the course.
- Send payment with your mail-in registration either by check or credit card (Visa or MasterCard).

The FACTS Payment Plan
Now you can budget your Kids' College expenses with CSM's interest-free
monthly payment plan. It is not a loan program, so there is no credit check,
interest or finance charges - just a $35 enrollment fee.
To qualify, your Kids' or Teen College costs must total at least $300 per
student. Extended day care charges are not included in the plan. Act soon;
if you complete an agreement by March 15, you only need to pay 25% of the
total charge up front. If you don't complete an agreement until April 15,
the down payment will increase by 40%.
