Mission
The Office of Planning, Institutional Effectiveness, and
Research assists the college community in improving student learning and
achieving organizational effectiveness. Its mission is accomplished through
the development and implementation of strategic plans, assessment plans, and
process improvement at all levels of the college. The office works
collaboratively with current and prospective students, faculty staff,
regulatory agencies and other external customers in providing the highest
quality customer service while continuously improving processes and
maximizing college resources.
