Finding a Service-Learning Site

Finding a service-learning site

Our approved service-learning opportunities are listed online.  As you prepare for your service-learning experience at the College of Southern Maryland, you want to understand your course learning objectives, the need your service will address, your personal expectations and attitudes of your involvement in service-learning and the community. Service-Learning opportunities will have a listed.  Familiarize yourself with the service-learning classroom requirements in your syllabus and consider how many hours are required and what your learning objectives are.

If your instructor has given you the opportunity to choose your service-learning site then you need to search the current database of opportunities. A quick list of all the agencies signed on as partners can be found by clicking on the link below.  This list is updated weekly.
