Currently about 40 classes offer service-learning.

Students contribute about 7000 hours of service to the community each semester through service-learning.

Service-Learning program sponsored by the Center for Civic Engagement and Service-Learning at the CSM.

Happens two ways:

1. Faculty chooses a specific non-profit agency for the students to work with,
   
   OR
   
   
2. Faculty allows student to choose the appropriate non-profit agency to meet their learning objectives, interests, and schedule.
