How to Replace a Damaged or Expired OneCard

No charge will be imposed for the replacement of a card that is expired or ceases to function through normal, daily usage. You must bring the old card with you to avoid a fee. A charge will be imposed for the replacement of any card not indicating normal usage.

Lost or Stolen Cards

If your card is lost or stolen, you need to deactivate the card online. You will need to come by your CSM Library for a replacement card. Stolen cards will be replaced free of charge if there is proof it was stolen.

STEP 1:  To deactivate your card online, go to www.mycampusfunds.com/csm/.

STEP 2:  Call 1-800-822-4283 and report your card lost/stolen if you have activated the Money Network Discover account on your card. When calling the 1-800 number, if you do not have your card number, please follow the directions to enter the last four digits of your Social Security Number and then your birth date. When prompted, please press the star key to speak to a Customer Representative.

STEP 3: Visit the library on your campus to get your card replaced.

Once a new card is issued, prior cards cannot be re-activated.
