CSM brings global education close to home.

More international students, more internationalizing of the curriculum, and more global opportunities for travel study abroad courses have meant that CSM is able to offer students and community a diverse culture with an emphasis on learning and experiencing other areas of the world.

Throughout the College of Southern Maryland, faculty are developing travel study courses for students in England, Italy, Puerto Rico, and a field study is being explored in Belize for marine biology and oceanography.

Additional international integration into existing coursework is taking place in various disciplines including criminal justice and a comparison of American and German police training systems, an examination into the global historical perspective of modern science, physics and mathematics, as well as course and student exchange possibilities with higher educational institutions in Russia.
