Volunteer Southern Maryland

Fostering change through volunteerism to build a stronger community.
Summer Flex-time Program - The summer flex time program is designed to promote flexible work time during the summer while giving employees an opportunity to give back to the community. Employees may participate in the program during the month of July or, under special circumstances and subject to approval, other periods.
Volunteer activities must take place outside of normal work hours and if being completed at the college (e.g., weekend or evening hours for most employees) cannot be directly related to the employee's regular work activities.
Employees who want to participate should complete the "Summer Flex" Request Form. Submit the form to your supervisor who will in turn send a list of request to the appropriate division head for approval of requested days off.
CSM Employee Volunteer Opportunities - Employees are free to choose where they want to volunteer. The following are some suggested volunteer opportunities for CSM Employees. Click here to search for additional opportunities.
