Group Fitness
Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned exerciser, the WFR
Group Fitness program has a class designed meet your needs.
Refer to our class descriptions to learn about all of the group
fitness opportunities we have for you!
Get the group fitness
class schedule for the current semester.
All classes are 60 minutes unless otherwise noted (*) and
include time for proper warm-up and cool down. For safety, no
one will be admitted into any WFR Group Fitness class after the
first 10 minutes- sorry no exceptions.
Fitness Assessment
A fitness assessment is a great tool to assist in creating a
well-balanced, effective fitness program. Our staff will assess
various fitness components such as cardiovascular endurance,
muscular strength and endurance, body composition, and
flexibility. You will receive a computer printout of your
results and a personalized exercise program to assist in
achieving your fitness goals.
Fee: $30
Body Composition
A body composition assessment is an excellent tool to evaluate
the progress of a fitness program. Our staff will use either
skin-fold calipers or bioelectrical impedance to estimate your
body fat and lean mass. You will receive a printout of your
results and how to incorporate the information into your fitness
program.
