This virtual Zoom session will give anyone in the job market some insight about increasing their chances of being an "ideal" candidate in their next interview.



About the Speaker

ginger kisamore headshotMs. Ginger Kisamore has served in Navy’s Human Resources community for over 30 years, most of which has been at the Naval Research Laboratory (NRL), Washington, DC. Since October 2016, Ms. Kisamore has served as the Director, Human Resources, at NRL. Ms. Kisamore is the principal advisor to NRL leadership on human resources matters and provides oversight of the following areas: the NRL Personnel Management Demonstration Project, staffing, classification, pay setting, recruitment, incentive awards, Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (MWR) Program, training, employee development, Drug-Free Workplace Program, Workers Compensation Program, employee relations, Contribution-based Compensation System, performance management, leave and attendance, Privacy Act, telework, and labor relations. Ms. Kisamore attended CSM from 1986 to 1988. She also holds a Bachelor's degree in Personnel from the University of Maryland.
