Network+ Exam Prep is intended for entry-level computer support professionals with a basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems who wish to increase their knowledge and understanding of networking concepts and acquire the required skills to prepare for a career in network support or administration, or who wish to prepare for the Network+ certification. Topics include OSI and TCP/IP models, network traffic, switched networks, IP networks, routed networks, ports and protocols, application and storage services, troubleshooting networks, networking attacks and mitigations, security devices, authentication and access controls, cabling solutions, wireless technologies, WAN technologies, remote access methods, and site policies and best practices.
