University of Maryland Global Campus Transfer Agreement

Articulated Program Requirements:

  • If a CSM does not earn a degree before transferring to UMGC, the courses will be accepted under the following conditions:
    • A maximum of 70 applicable credit hours will be transferred.
    • The grade earned in the course in question is at least a D.
    • The student does not take the equivalent course at UMGC.
    • The course in question is not being awarded UMGC credits directly. 

Articulated Program Benefits:

  • CSM students may be simultaneously admitted to UMGC as well through the Dual Admission Program.
  • Students may complete the UMGC curriculum part-time or full-time, online or in hybrid format, where available, or in any combination thereof.
