Public Safety and You

Public Safety
and You

At CSM, we want you to have a safe campus experience. That is why we have resources available to help you to take control of your personal safety.

Want a Direct Line to Public Safety?
Download the CSM NowForce app! This app is like a personal blue-light phone, enabling you to make an SOS call directly to CSM Public Safety. When you trigger an SOS, the app notifies CSM Public Safety of your exact location in addition to notifying your emergency contacts.

Register your device and download the app through Google Play or the App Store.

Lost Something?
Visit the Lost and Found webpage to see if your item has been turned in!

Apps for myLearning

Apps for myLearning

Want to make the most out of your myLearning experience? There’s an app for that! Check out the free apps that are available to help you succeed this year at CSM:

Brightspace Pulse can help you stay connected and on track with your courses by helping you organize your work and due dates. It provides one easy view of course calendars, readings, assignments, evaluations, grades, and announcements.

Use D2L Binder to create a personal authenticated connection to myLearning. There you can browse course documents, then annotate and organize them.

Download these apps for free through Google Play and the App Store. Stay on top of CSM happenings by following us on Twitter, Facebook, Snapchat, and Instagram.

Get ahead of the game and conquer early challenges with CSM’s Student Success Center (SSC). The SSC offers free tutoring in a variety of course subjects. Never turn in another lackluster paper when you can use in-person and online resources to make your writing assignments shine! Additional resources on test-taking, goal setting, and learning styles are available here.

Travel Study

Gain knowledge beyond the book with CSM’s Travel Study courses! These courses provide you with the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to make memories, travel the world, and experience diverse cultures while earning college credits. Below is a sneak peek of where you could be heading next year:
