Social Media and Smartphone Stress

Social Media and Smartphone Stress

Social media and smartphones are an unavoidable part of modern life. Did you know that over reliance on this technology can have a negative impact on well-being, leading to physical ailments and psychological difficulties? Anxiety, increased irritability, and sleep difficulties are just a few signs of “technostress,” or the stress that comes from being constantly plugged into and social connections. To avoid this, schedule regular breaks from social media and seek out opportunities for face-to-face connection.
