Halloween Dream Career Competition
Your career shouldn’t be a spooky horror show. It should be a dream come true! Dress for the job you want and stop by the Halloween Dream Career Competition. You can play Halloween games or have your horror-scope read, and you may take home a prize for the Best Career Dressed!

If your major requires a First Year Seminar course, you must register for this course as part of your first semester. This course is designed to assist you to transition into college life and to reach your academic and career goals!

Academic Advising offices at the La Plata, Leonardtown, Prince Frederick campuses, and the Waldorf Center for Higher Education will move to an all walk-in status to maximize the number of students needing to see advisors before the fall semester begins on September 5.

Wait, what is a Walk-In?
A walk-in meeting is a brief visit for focused advising in order to accommodate all students during peak registration. We appreciate your patience, as there will be extended wait times for advising during this time.  

What if I have a hold?
If you have a hold that prevents you from registering yourself, please bring the course numbers, course titles, and six-digit section numbers (for the courses that you wish to register for) with you to your walk-in visit.

To Be or Not to Be...on Stage!

To Be or Not to Be...on Stage!

That is the question! If you would like to be a part of our exciting 2017-2018 lineup, your chance is coming up on August 14 and 15!

Open auditions will be held for the following productions:

The Voice of the Prairie (Main Stage)
My Children! My Africa! (Children's Theatre)
Know Your Role (Cause Theatre)
Ragtime (Main Stage Musical)

Prepare a one-minute monologue and 16 bars of a song with music for the accompanist and join us at 6 p.m. in the Fine Arts Center Theatre at the La Plata Campus on August 14 or 15. Come dressed to move. There are roles for performers ages five and up.
