All College of Southern Maryland credit students have an e-mail account and access to Microsoft Office 365 (O365).
IMPORTANT: Your student e-mail is the official means of communication between the College and students in credit classes. The College expects that such communications will be read in a timely manner. View the full Student E-mail Policy here.
What is O365?
O365 provides students with:
- A student e-mail address
- Five free downloads of Microsoft Office Pro Plus for personal computers (Mac or PC) and iPad/Android devices
- 1 TB of cloud storage
- The ability to create, edit, and share Office documents (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote) using a web browser
How to Access Your O365 Account and Student E-mail
- Visit portal.office.com, OR my.CSMD.edu and click "O365".
- Sign in using your CSM e-mail address and password.
- Your email address is your my.CSMD username followed by @mymail.csmd.edu (Example: absmith@mymail.csmd.edu)
- Your e-mail password is the same as your my.CSMD password.
