Locations

La Plata Campus

At the La Plata Campus, the Learning Support Services Center is located in the Francis P. Chiaramonte, M.D. Center for Science and Technology (ST Building), Room 100, and has 33 Internet ready computers with printing capabilities.

Leonardtown Campus

The Learning Support Services Center on the Leonardtown Campus is at Building B, Room 111. It offers six computers with internet and printing capabilities, academic software access, textbook resources, and a group study area.

Prince Frederick Campus

The Learning Support Services Center on the Prince Frederick Campus is in the John E. Harms Academic Center (Building A), Room 125. It offers eight computers with internet capabilities, academic software access, textbook resources, and group study areas. Academic tutoring and general student success resources are also located in this center.

Learning Support Services Center Self-Help & Resources

The Learning Support Services Center has the following Self-Help materials and resources available for student review and use:

Resources to Help You Succeed

  • Books on reserve
  • More than 50 software tutorials for reading, writing, and math
  • Face-to-face group tutoring during spring, summer, and fall semesters
  • Assistance with online navigation for myLearning courses and online tutoring

The Learning Support Services Center requests that you evaluate your experience. Your feedback is very important for achieving our goal of building a quality program. Your honest responses will be appreciated. Including your name and e-mail on the form is optional.

Faculty and staff may reserve the Learning Support Services Center for class instruction or special sessions by completing the Learning Support Services Center Reservation Form and sending the completed request form by e-mail to learningsupport@csmd.edu.
