Important Changes to your CSM OneCard

CSM is no longer partnering with Blackboard Pay for financial transactions to your CSM OneCard.

What does this mean for you?

You will not be able to use your existing CSM OneCard after February 28, 2019, for financial transactions.

Please discontinue any non-CSM direct deposits to this card before December 31, 2018, and deplete any remaining funds prior to February 28, 2019. After December 31, 2018, you will not be able to load any further funds on this card.

You will need to authorize CSM to direct deposit refunds to your bank account.

CSM now provides you with the ability to set up ACH direct deposit to your bank account via your Self Service account.

Log into your account here, and you will be redirected to the set up screen. Once you have authorized ACH, future CSM direct deposits will be sent directly to your account, without being processed via Blackboard Pay.

If you do not authorize CSM to process direct deposits via ACH, effective December 17, 2018, all future payments from CSM will be mailed to the current address listed on your student account.

What happens to funds remaining on your CSM OneCard after February 28, 2019?

Any funds remaining on the card in the excess of $1.00 will be distributed to you by paper check to the address associated with this card.

If the address associated with the card has changed, or if you are not sure what the address associated with your card is, you will want to contact Blackboard Pay's Money Network Customer Service.  Any checks that are not cashed will be treated as unclaimed property.

Can the card still be used as my student ID?

Yes, this card can continue to be used as a student ID for access to student events and activities.
