AHA HCP Skills Demonstration

Description:

Learn CPR at home; demonstrate your skills at the college. After receiving a certificate that documents successful completion of the American Heart Association on-line course, make an appointment with the college to demonstrate: 1) relief of foreign body airway obstruction; 2) rescue breathing and CPR for victims of all ages; 3) and the use of the bag valve mask and automated external defibrillator (AED) . Health care providers and professionals whose jobs require CPR as a condition of employment are encouraged to use this time saving method of becoming certified in AHA CPR for HCP. A successful demonstration of skills will earn an AHA card that is current for 2 years.
