Description:
Students conduct advanced legal research in legal topics of interest and prepare written legal memoranda. Independent research time in a law library and on the Internet is required. This course may be appropriate for practicing paralegals who desire to update their research and writing skills. This course may be taken only once for credit. Students considering this course should contact the department chair at least eight weeks prior to the anticipated enrollment to determine if the course is appropriate for their needs.
