La Plata Campus College Store:

April 7-10, 9:30 am – 7:30 pm, April 11, 9:30 am – 3:30 pm

Leonardtown Campus College Store:

April 14-17, 11:00 am – 7:00 pm, April 18, 11:00 am -1:45 pm

Prince Frederick Campus College Store:

April 12-24, 11:00 am – 7:00 pm, April 25, 11:00 am – 1:45 pm

Faculty and Staff Receive Caps and Gowns

La Plata Campus:

May 12-16 and May 19-21, AD 220 8:30 am – 4:30 pm

Leonardtown & Prince Frederick Campuses:

Caps and gowns will be forwarded upon request

Faculty and Staff caps and gowns are to be returned immediately after the ceremony to BI 124

Graduate Honorees will assemble at 5:15 pm in the CE Building

Faculty/Staff assembles at 5:00 pm in the BU Building. (Rain location PE Building, upper level)

Board of Trustees, President, and platform guests will report to BI 201. (Rain location PE Building, Room 207H)

A reception for all will follow the ceremony in the BI Building, Room BI103/104.

Graduation Ceremony

Commencement Address to be given by Calvert County Commissioner President Wilson H. Parran.

Graduates will assemble at 4:30 pm in the CE Building. (Rain location PE Bldg. lower level)

Rehearsal begins at 5:00 pm
Faculty/Staff assembles at 6:00 pm in the BU Building. (Rain location PE Bldg. upper level)

Board of Trustees, President, and platform guests will report to BI 201. (Rain location PE Bldg., Room 207H)

Diploma pick up

Diploma pick up will follow the ceremony in the AD (lower level), BU and CE Buildings

Reception

A reception for all will follow the ceremony in the BI Building, Room BI 103/104.
