Apply for admission to CSM.
General Information
The College of Southern Maryland (CSM) offers three convenient ways to apply for admission to the college. Please visit the appropriate Admissions Categories for any special requirements during the admission process.
Apply online
Complete and submit the online admissions application.
If you are under 18 years of age, you are required to print a copy of the application and mail it back to CSM at the address below with a signature of a parent or guardian. See below.
Apply by mail, fax, or in person
Download and complete the admissions application form.
If you are under 18 years of age, your application must be signed by your parent or guardian.
Mail, fax, or drop off your application to any campus location.
CSM-UMUC Dual Admission Application
CSM and the University of Maryland University College (UMUC) offer a dual admission and concurrent undergraduate enrollment option for students participating in certain associate's degree programs. Students interested in this option may fill out one application to apply for admission at both schools.
