There's a special sense of community when you walk on to any one of our campuses. At the College of Southern Maryland (CSM), we want you to feel like you belong. The professors, advisors, and staff take the time to get to know you. And, you will have the opportunity to get to know others and build relationships here.

CSM is conveniently located on three campuses in Calvert, Charles, and St. Mary's counties. CSM also offers classes at the Waldorf Center for Higher Education along with other universities such as the University of Maryland University College.
Whether your goals include transferring to a university or pursuing a specific career, we offer you the education and support to help you realize your potential.
Registration Dates
Summer Visiting Students
Students who are interested in taking courses at CSM over the summer to transfer back to their "home" institution should follow this process to register for courses.
After May 10th, summer visiting students must come in-person to register for courses
Remember that it is ultimately up to your current institution to approve the courses you take. Be sure you have their approval before registering for courses.
