Five years ago, I began my journey towards my current career as a registered nurse with the Pre-Professional Health Sciences associate degree at the College of Southern Maryland. The courses I took gave me every ounce of knowledge I knew I needed to focus on in my career. This program gave me the first look into the career that I chose. It helped me be a better communicator, understand the human body, and write like a professional. Earning this degree made me exceptionally proud of myself, and thankful for the staff at CSM for teaching me everything I know.
