CSM's 74-acre Regional Hughesville Campus provides offerings and programs to serve the entire region in a more cost-effective and convenient way.
The master plan, as designed and presented by Grimm and Parker Architects, is designed to create a sense of community and includes five phases of growth. The first phase was the construction of a 30,000-square-foot Center for Trades and Energy Training, opened in 2017. The second phase is the construction of the 50,000-square-foot Center for Health Sciences, opened in 2023.

Phase I: Center for Trades and Energy Training
The Center for Trades and Energy Training, opened in 2017, provides residents direct access to specialized training in career fields that have substantial growth potential including:
- Heating Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Commercial Refrigeration (HVAC)
- Electrical
- Construction
- Plumbing
Phase II: Center for Health Sciences
The Center for Health Sciences, the second building on the Regional Hughesville Campus, centralizes our health sciences programs in a 50,000 square foot space, designed to LEED standards. Opened in 2023, it features:
- Specialized health sciences labs for our programs in:
- Nursing
- Emergency Medical Services
- Rehabilitation, Wellness, and Fitness
- Health Information Management and Medical Coding
- Medical Laboratory Technology
- Medical Assisting
- Pharmacy Technician
- Clinical Simulation Center
- Classrooms, computer lab, and collaborative learning spaces
- Health Sciences faculty and staff offices
- Student Success Suite
