Current Job: Human resources for a Department of Defense contractor

I had just moved to the area from Los Angeles, and I wanted to go back to school to finish my degree. I was working a full-time job, and I needed a school where I could get a valuable education along with flexibility for the non-traditional student.
CSM helped me enhance my communication, leadership, and public speaking skills. I really enjoyed an organization that I was involved in called Women on Campus. We had some great times, and I am still friends with some of the women from the organization to this day.
I currently work in human resources for a Department of Defense government contractor, and I love helping and mentoring other students who are interested in the human resources profession.
Life is full of obstacles, hurdles, twists and turns. It doesn't matter how fast you go, as long as you work towards the finish line and reach your goal.
