Mobile Hawk Feeder food packages will be available on Thursday, June 24, from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Prince Frederick Campus, located at 115 J.W. Williams Road, Prince Frederick, MD 20678.
We’re asking that you fill out a short form to make sure we have enough food packages on hand. Please sign up no later than Wednesday, June 23, using the button below. Complete pickup instructions will be provided after you submit the form.
When you arrive, CSM staff will direct you where to pick up your food package. For health and safety, pickup will be contactless, and please wear a mask and observe other preventative measures.
