#CSMLovesInnovation Challenge - I Spy Innovation at CSM!

Feb. 1 kicks off the Innovation Challenge, and it ends on National Innovation Day, Feb. 16.

How to Participate

First, form a team of one to three members. Look around CSM Campuses, find the innovative spaces and either take a selfie, or up to 1 min video of your team and include #CSMlovesinnovation.  Send in your video or photos of your innovation spaces anytime between Feb. 1 – Feb. 16.

We encourage creativity!

*To Be Eligible: 

Send a link to your video (on any platform, except TikTok) or a selfie with photos to innovation@csmd.edu of the following:

1. Tell us what innovation means to you (up to 1 min video)
2. Find as many spaces as you can on any CSM campus that you consider innovative (up to 1 min video, total or selfies).
   • Examples of innovative spaces at CSM:
     • La Plata's Theater - Check out lighting, sound, tools, etc. They create amazing sets using innovation!
     • Disability Support Services - They have an array of technology to support our students with disabilities including the Kurzweil Reader, etc.
     • The Velocity Center – Have you made something at the Makerspace?

Note: If you only have access to one campus, you will not be required to travel to different campuses.
