Unleash your creativity at the CSM Velocity Center Makerspace! Join us for Makers Meet-Up, an interactive open-house-style event where CSM students can explore the tools, technology, and creative community available to you — for free.

Whether you’ve completed the Introduction to Makerspaces for CSM Students online or are just curious about what’s inside, this is your chance to see the equipment in action, try hands-on activities, and connect with fellow makers.

Enjoy light refreshments and quick “make-and-take” projects you can personalize and take home — including custom tote bags made with the vinyl printer/cutter and a laser-engraved project created on our high-precision laser cutter. Staff and student assistants will be on hand to guide you through the process, answer questions, and help you discover what you can make next!

Free and open to all CSM students only. Registration is highly encouraged to help us plan materials and refreshments, but walk-ins are always welcome.
