If you are a current or retired federal employee or military veteran preparing for career changes in 2026, you are invited to join us for Private Sector Pivot, a free virtual event designed to help you navigate new opportunities with confidence.

This program brings together the College of Southern Maryland, Workforce Division of the Tri-County Council for Southern Maryland, the Charles County and Southern Maryland Minority Chambers of Commerce, and various resource partners.

The collaboration of these resources share practical guidance for individuals interested in moving into the private sector or pursuing government contracting.
