We’re excited to welcome our newest CSM Hawks to campus for the fall semester, and to our returning students, welcome back! Celebrate the start of fall classes with Return of the Hawks Sept. 2 and 3. Drop by Student Life’s tables on your way to or from class for some tasty treats, or take a moment to sit and connect with fellow Hawks at the new Chat Benches! Located on all four campuses, these yellow benches provide a comfortable setting to start a conversation or meet someone new.

Apply now for the CSM Ambassador Program and become a leader in the college community. Guide fellow students, represent the college at events, contribute to CSM initiatives, and more. Participants also receive a $500 scholarship. Leadership starts with you!

This semester, CSM is hosting discussions of One Maryland, One Book selection "Kin: Rooted in Hope" by Carole Boston Weatherford. Each discussion will focus on a different section of the book, so feel free to attend when you can!

Hawkland Gaming FestivalJoin fellow board game geeks and dice goblins from all across Southern Maryland at the third annual Hawkland Gaming Festival on Sept. 13, and let’s celebrate our love of tabletop and board games! The College Survival Guide is a recurring feature that directs members of the CSM community to free resources and support for whatever challenges they may be facing. At CSM, no hawk has to fly alone.
