CSM La Plata Campus Closes Today Due to Power Outages Caused by Overnight Storms

The College of Southern Maryland (CSM) La Plata Campus is closed today, July 22, due to power outages caused by last night storms. CSM remains in Restricted Operations at all other campuses – or Phase 2 of its ‘Return to Campus Plan’.

Currently, CSM’s campuses are only open every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. for students seeking services from admissions, advising, computer labs, counseling, disability support services, financial assistance, the Registrar’s Office or Veterans Affairs by appointment and without appointment for students who need to visit the Bursar’s office or the La Plata Campus college store. Today, these services will not be available at the La Plata Campus.

Notification will be made when power is restored.
