Don’t Miss A Day of Family Fun at CSM Velocity Center’s ‘Art of Innovation STEAM Festival’ April 20
The College of Southern Maryland is proud to present the second annual Art of Innovation STEAM Festival this Saturday, April 20 at its Velocity Center in Indian Head. The event promises to be an exciting day for curious minds of all ages and interests.
Families are invited to come together for a day of discovery and explore science, technology, engineering, art, and mathematics (STEAM) from 10 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. Experience hands-on STEAM activities, games, captivating art exhibits, mesmerizing performances, and cutting-edge tech demonstrations. Get ready to be inspired and amazed as you explore the wonders of innovation and creativity, brought to you by a diverse range of groups and organizations. Among the attractions:
- Art Exhibit Student Art – CSM and Phoenix International School of the Arts (PISOTA)
- Complimentary ice cream and popcorn
- Robotics - Naval Sea Systems Command/NSWC Indian Head Division
- Logic Puzzles – Sponsored by the CSM Math Resource Center
