The logo is our institution signature as the primary consistent imagery for the college. A consistent use of the logo is critical when communicating to our targeted audiences.

Templates
To maintain brand consistency the Creative Services Office has created several ready-made templates for use. These standardized templates give you the flexibility you need when there is not sufficient time to fit your project into the Marketing Department's workflow or when your project does not require the department's support.
Who should review my piece before it is printed or published?
All new fliers, brochures, or material created by staff and faculty should be e-mailed to the CSM Marketing Department for review before they are printed. Please allow two to five business days to receive feedback. If you need fliers distributed throughout the community or the campuses, please contact Mail, Distribution, and Fulfillment Services.
CSM Writing Standards
Be sure when writing copy that you are following The Modern Language Association (MLA) Style Manual and Guide to Scholarly Publishing as well as the MLA Handbook for Writers and Research Papers as a basic style guide. In certain instances, CSM has language specific to the institution, which should be used and is referenced in the CSM Writing Style Guide.
